Door de jaren heen heb ik al vele dieren en hun eigenaren mogen helpen. Lees hieronder over de bijzondere ervaringen van enkele klanten en hun dieren.

Be the very best version of yourself.
Most of the time in our day to day we don’t take the time to slow down and listen to what our soul is saying or calling us to do. We make decisions based off habits we form. We become comfortable and limited. We become distracted with dis-ease.

Aligning with your soul’s rhythm means coming into alignment with who you really are. Come into alignment and do what you are really capable of doing in this life. Live out your very best life. Be the very best version of yourself. Life is hard! We get thrown off track daily. We undertake massive loads of pressure and stress. We beat our bodies down with physically demanding jobs. We clutter the mind with fear, shame, and guilt preventing us from living the abundant lives we were meant to live.
That is why having a regular yoga practice and caring for your body is so very important. Yoga, massage, and wellness practices such as meditation help us to take a step back allowing our nervous system to reset and recharge.

It’s a practice though. So that means it’s something we have to regularly come back to and practice quieting the mind. Because if not we get caught up in the materialistic aspects and demands of society all over again. Train the mind just like we train our muscles in exercise.

You would never miss changing the oil on your car would you? No, of course not because then it wouldn’t operate and function correctly. You wouldn’t be able to continue doings the things you need/want to do. Same thing with your body!
Yoga and massage both help to detoxify the body, increase flexibility and range of motion, oxygenate the body by increasing the blood flow, and relieve stress. Sound healing helps to lower stress levels, lessen mood swings, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and improve your sleep.
Getting your body out of a pain cycle and keeping your mental and physical body healthy should be your upmost priority. This helps you to move into alignment.
