Yoga Classes

Yoga and massage are sister arts. Yoga massages the internal organs through bending and twisting, breathing nourishing breaths throughout the entire practice.

Sound Healing

This session will allow your cells to return to alignment with healing tones and sounds surrounding your being-ness.  In this space memories may surface, sensations in the body may bring you clarity on injuries, discomforts lessen or dissolve all together, visions or colors arise, and your mind becomes silent as your inner healer begins to work it’s magic. You will leave feeling like you have had a deep tissue massage.

Whole-Being, Whole-Hearted

In our culture we’re often running around thinkIng about a thousand different things, and we easily fall out of touch with ourselves and what we’re experiencing in our day-to-day. It’s hard to slow down and have intentional space to reconnect and get to the heart of what matters to *you* and the direction you truly want to be going.

One of my favorite things about being a coach is we get to ✨ create a vision of the life you know you’re meant to live. ✨ Then, little by little, we start making the most of your present in order to bring that vision to life.

One thing I often hear is a feeling that we should be able to snap your fingers and suddenly let go of every habit or choice that isn’t serving us. If we can’t change on our own, we simply lack the willpower. Or, ‘I should be able to, so why can’t I?’

The truth is it doesn’t quite work like that. Old habits and routines run DEEP. We’ll aim to let go of those unrealistic expectations, and instead, work on showing yourself compassion and care…ADDING IN nourishing practices and choices one step at a time. In this way, you’ll gradually and mindfully bring about the transformations you’re seeking.
